Our average employee has been with us for over 10 years and is highly trained in disposable medical products, along with the coverage and allowables of Louisiana Medicaid, including all Bayou Health plans; Medicare in Jurisdiction C; Louisiana state waiver programs; and most private insurance in Louisiana.

Once we receive a referral from your facility, we will inform you electronically that we have received your referral. Once the Physician Order is signed and Coverage Authorization is complete, we have a one-day turnaround on all orders. We call every patient before ordering to ensure that they are receiving exactly what they need and do not get overstocked. We ship from warehouses in Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. All supplies are shipped in discreetly marked boxes directly to the patient’s residence. Healthcare Warehouse has Spanish-speaking personnel on staff to help our non-English speaking patients.

Healthcare Warehouse is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. We have personnel that have been through intense training on the privacy portion and the electronic data submission portion that took affect October 16, 2003. We are a HIPAA compliant company.
