Healthcare Warehouse is a medical supply provider that has specialized in home delivery to patients since 1996. We pride ourselves on our friendly and personal service which has allowed us to maintain a “hands on” approach when servicing our referral sources and their patients. We recognize that each patient we serve has a special need and wants to be treated as an individual.
Our skilled and experienced staff treats each patient with the compassion and privacy they deserve and are eager to ensure that your patients receive the supplies they need to continue improving their health. Our average employee has been with us for over 10+ years and is highly trained on disposable medical products, along with the coverage and allowables of the following programs: Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, and New Mexico Medicaid as well as Medicare, state waiver programs, and most private insurance.
Our Marketing Department is staffed with professional and reliable account executives that are here to ensure that your facility receives the information needed to make an informative decision as it relates to your patient’s care. Once we receive a referral from your facility, we send back a fax confirmation acknowledging that we have received your referral. Once the Physician Order is signed and Coverage Authorization is complete, we have a one-day turnaround on all orders. We call every patient before ordering to ensure that they are receiving exactly what they need and do not get overstocked. We ship from warehouses in Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana. All supplies are shipped in discreetly marked boxes directly to the patient’s residence. Healthcare Warehouse has Spanish-speaking personnel on staff to help our non-English speaking patients.
Healthcare Warehouse is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. We have personnel that have been through intense training on the privacy portion and the electronic data submission portion that took affect October 16, 2003. We are a HIPPA compliant company. Healthcare Warehouse has been Nationally Accredited Exemplary Provider since 2008.
